Tim jumped straight in to the global mobility industry straight out of university. Much of his career has been spent leading regional and global mobility programmes in-house for well-known multinational organisations in the financial services, consumer goods and technology sectors. He also has experience consulting in the Big 4, as well as working as an independent consultant advising a broad range of clients on how to establish and develop their global mobility programmes. Tim’s particular area of interest within mobility is in how it’s used to facilitate talent development – this stems from his MSc degree in Strategic Training and Development from the University of Surrey. In September of 2016, Tim joined the Equus as the VP of Technology Solutions where he jointly leads business development in EMEA and Asia. Having grown up in London he now enjoys living in the English countryside with his family. He was dared to run in a Tough Mudder event a few years ago and has run one of their events every year since!
